Most NRG Staff and Associates have over 25 years of relevant industry experience and come from a wide range of technical backgrounds.
Many have worked with the NRG Management Team for a considerable time and their competencies and capabilities are well known to both NRG and the Industry as a whole.
Since a large number of our more experienced staff have held Senior Management positions within Operator’s or Service Companies (sometimes both) we have a good understanding of the issues managers face in their daily work schedule and use this experience to focus on the issues that deliver bottom line results to our Clients.
NRG also uses the knowledge of its staff and associates to develop and refine effective in-house processes and systems, which when properly balanced with the Operator’s needs enable us to offer unique value added solutions.
